Stress Management

Stress management consists of a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's level of stress, especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of improving everyday functioning

Things To Know 
Take care of your body.
  • Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditate.
  • Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Get plenty of sleep.

However at the end of the day I'm the only one who can allow it to run my life, so I'm going to be using these helpful tools to coach myself out of this hole.
